Vendor Selection

At this step, we begin to identify a set of possible solutions. These solutions can turn into a formal Request For Proposal (RFP), a defined-requirements document, and/or a scorecard to deliver to possible vendors. By defining the detailed requirements of your project, you will not only be able to make a documented, intelligent and criteria-weighted decision, but you will also be able to effectively evaluate sales demonstrations from short-list vendors. Most vendor demonstrations deliver the same "we-can-do-it" message. When you document your requirements, it is easier to see what their solutions can do today, what will need to be configured, and what will need to be custom developed.

Project Management

Once your selection team contracts with a vendor, the real work begins. Our consultants are experienced and trained in the delivery of leading-practice solutions and the deployment of critical applications. We institute a collaborative process to define, design, develop and deploy your solution. From complex data-integration elements to critical business-process consolidation, we will successfully implement your project by coordinating efforts among your internal resources and the selected vendor.
